How do I find an item?
Open the spreadsheet page, search by a useful term such as shoes, hoodie, bag or jersey, or browse one of the twelve category pages.
Are spreadsheet links guaranteed to stay active?
No. We check the source references when refreshing our selection, but sellers, stock and listing details can change. Report a broken link to [email protected] with our page URL, the affected listing URL and the item name or source ID. Open the current listing before making a decision.
Where do the product and QC references come from?
Our examples come from a spreadsheet we have reviewed and verified as our source catalogue. We check the selected listing references and available images, then add our own comparison notes. This is source verification, not hands-on product inspection. A QC label identifies photos in the source gallery, not a personal inspection by our website. Are these examples the whole spreadsheet?

QC photos let you check visible details such as overall shape, stitching, logos, labels, colour and packaging before international shipping.
What if the photos are unclear?
Request a clearer angle, close-up or measurement. Do not approve an item when an important detail cannot be seen properly.
Can QC photos guarantee quality?
No. Photos cannot certify authenticity, hidden material quality or durability, and a source gallery may show a different order or option. Review photos for your own order. Our QC guide explains the examples and their limits.

Does this website take orders or payments?
No. We do not sell items, process payments or handle orders. Product and agent services are provided by third parties.
What should I check before ordering?
Confirm the current listing, size or measurements, seller notes, price and any community feedback that is relevant to the item.
Can I use another agent if Sugargoo does not accept an item?
If Sugargoo does not accept an item or brand, open the item in the full spreadsheet and use “Choose Platform” to review its recommended alternatives. Before paying, confirm that your chosen agent accepts the exact item, can ship it to your UK address, and what fees and return/refund terms apply. Each agent sets its own acceptance rules. Can you recommend a guaranteed shipping route?
No route is guaranteed. Availability, price, restrictions and delivery times change, so use the agent's current information before submitting a parcel.
Do I need to check customs rules?
Yes. Check current restrictions and charges for your destination; Great Britain and Northern Ireland can be treated differently. Read the GOV.UK import guidance and confirm the route details before sending your parcel.
Is the item price my final cost in GBP?
No. Check delivery within China, platform services, international delivery, payment or conversion fees and applicable import or handling charges. Use our manual GBP budget to record your own figures. It does not fetch live rates or calculate tax.
Do the same import checks apply everywhere in the UK?
Check the actual destination. Great Britain and Northern Ireland can be treated differently. Use current GOV.UK tax and duty guidance and ask the platform which charges its quote includes.
